My yoga training includes both Sivananda Yoga and Anusara Yoga traditions, and my teaching blends the Therapeutic yoga, Pranayama (breathwork), Mindfulness & Meditation, and brain-based techniques rooted in neuroscience.This integrated approach is especially beneficial for individuals dealing with anxiety, stiffness, arthritis, mobility issues, or attention-related challenges such as ADD.
