ReFrame provides a framework for creating engagement.
The acronym “ReFrame” has to do with how we “frame” important communications.
The ReFRAME™ model starts with Relatedness & Empathy, the two primary attributes to create a connection with another person and to understand another’s point of view. The additional social drivers when implemented collectively, activate the reward response in others so they are more open to colaboration, engagement and possibilities.
Conversely, when these elements are absent or applied in an adverse way a non-conscious threatened "away" state is triggered, and will create disengagement in others.
