The “ReFRAME” model has to do with how we “FRAME” important communications in a way that builds engaged and motivated employees, teams and organizations.
Neuroscience research has identified certain behaviors and actions that move people from a reactive or disruptive state to a place where they can be collaborative, think clearly, and solve complex problems. These drivers are activated by what, how, and when leaders communicate with others.
This session will introduce the ReFRAME™ model that will help your leaders communicate with others in a way that offsets threat and creates a sense of safety. They will gain awareness of what happens in our brains during times of threat and uncertainty and be introduced to simple ideas that they can apply now to keep their people engaged and motivated. Conversely, they will also understand what they may be doing non-consciously now that triggers an "away" state and disengagement in others.
