Linda

​Linda brings 15 years’ experience leading and facilitating organizational change including global, enterprise-wide initiatives.  Passionate about developing potential in individuals, teams and organizations, she takes a research-based, brain-oriented approach to growth and development. 



Credentials include a B.Sc. in Chemistry and post-graduate certification in the Neuroscience of Leadership along with executive programs in Human Resources Management and Finance.  She is a Founder, Member & Director of Operations for the NeuroPractitioners’ Guild, and a member of the Neuroleadership Institute.

Linda has worked in or led several functions, including: information technology, human resources, and learning & development.  From the C-suite to the shop floor, Linda readily connects with others to inspire and produce step-changes in performance.

Beth 
New York City, USA

Elizabeth Heidere has 20 years experience in program management and teaching for both non-profit and Fortune 500 companies.  She specializes in clarifying client goals, program coordination and creative teaching methods. Beth earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and is a trained professional performer. When not working with Rethink-Performance, she can be found singing and acting  in New York City. 

Kathy

Since 1997 Kathy has worked with top fortune 500 companies utilizing techniques from contemporary neuroscience and emotional intelligence, she helps her clients define their challenges and works either one-on-one or with teams to create successful and achievable solutions.


Kathy has held several executive and senior management positions including a with a division of News Corporation for eight years, as a Regional Director at IHHP,  as VP, CSC Right Management Consultants and Director for North America for The NeuroLeadership Institute.


Kathy brings a deep knowledge and passion for how the brain impacts human performance. She earned the Results Professional Coaching Certification (RPCC).  She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, She holds Executive certifications in NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute and in Emotional Intelligence from the Institute of Health and Human Potential.  She is also certified in meditation and as a yoga teacher.

 

Paul
Washington, DC, USA

Paul McFadden is a certified NeuroLeadership Coach and brings 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, IT leader, consultant, and coach in the corporate, government and non-profit arenas.  His fundamental belief is that leadership development is synonymous with brain development.  

 

Paul earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY and was honorably discharged from the USNR/MMR in 1992 after (4) years of service.  He received his training in brain-based coaching through the NeuroLeadership Group, earning the Result Professional Coaching Certification (RPCC).  He is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, holds active PMP® and ITIL®Expert certifications, and is trained in Six Sigma Black-Belt Methodologies.

Laurie
Washington, DC, USA

Laurie brings over 17 years of experience in the fields of coaching, training, consulting, and behavioral medicine.  Combining research from neuroscience, contemporary physics, positive psychology, and systems thinking, Laurie helps leaders use science to dramatically improve thinking, performance and lead transformational change.

 

Laurie is a Certified Professional Coach and a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She received her certification in professional coaching from the College of Executive Coaching and her certification in brain-based coaching from the NeuroLeadership Group. She earned her master’s degree in psychology from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ and is trained in Black Belt of Six Sigma Methodologies.

 

Laurie is an active member of the International Coach Federation and NeuroLeadership Institute, and enjoys facilitating courses in critical thinking and psychology at the University of Phoenix and at the Federal Executive Institute, where she teaches courses in brain-based leadership development.
