Resilient people perform well under pressure and bounce back when things don’t go as planned.  Resiliency allows us to manage the automatic emotional responses that diminish our performance so we can pick ourselves up and get back in the game even after we fail.


Its a critical competency for successful leaders and also for sales people, customer service representatives and anyone who needs to manage well under pressure.


  • Resilient people have a positive image of the future. That is, they maintain a positive outlook, and focus on the destination.

  • Resilient people have solid goals, and a desire to achieve them

  • Resilient people are empathetic and relate well to others, however, they don't waste time worrying what others think of them.


The first module of the Resilient People program helps build self-awareness and the holistic intelligence skills to effectively manage stress triggers. Techniques are practiced to " ReBoot™" and stay calm under pressure.  


The second module will introduce a technique to ReFrame™ communications and messagine to increase engagement with teams, co-workers and clients.  


Each session includes:

  • Pre - work 

  • 1 Full live training day or 

  • 4 Virtual programs

  • Support pages for home practice

  • (2) 60 - minute group coaching (live only)
