A Foundation for Focus and Wellbeing

 

While yoga is often seen as just a form of physical exercise, its true value extends far beyond the poses. The asanas (postures) are designed to build physical strength and mobility while supporting mental clarity and emotional balance—qualities that are essential in today’s fast-paced world.

 

I’m Kathy, a senior yoga teacher and internationally certified neuroscience-based life and professional coach. My yoga training includes both Sivananda Yoga and Anusara Yoga traditions, and my teaching blends the Principles of Alignment, Pranayama (breathwork), Mindfulness/ Meditation, and brain-based techniques rooted in neuroscience.

 

This integrated approach is especially beneficial for individuals dealing with anxiety, stiffness, arthritis, mobility issues, or attention-related challenges such as ADD.

 

A 6-week private series is also ideal for beginners or those returning to yoga who want to build a safe, confident foundation before joining group classes.

Individual Classes and Class Packages are 60 or 90 minutes.  90-Minute sessions are a complete practice and includes Pranayama and Meditation
